Sheenagh Cardis

Studio Manager, Senior Physiotherapist & Pilates Instructor

Sheenagh is a South African Physiotherapist and Pilates instructor who graduated from the University of Cape Town with a BSc in Physiotherapy in 2012. Since then, she has worked at various sports and musculoskeletal clinics, including working with a number of amateur rugby teams.

To add to her repertoire of qualifications and skills, Sheenagh is currently finishing up her Master’s degree in Sport and Exercise Physiotherapy, through the University of Cape Town.

She has completed numerous courses including: dry needling,
kinesio-taping, spinal manipulation, Mulligan mobilisation and clinical pilates. Sheenagh’s approach to physiotherapy includes a combination of soft tissue and manual therapy; as well as exercise rehabilitation.

Sheenagh has a keen interest in all forms of sports physiotherapy and particularly enjoys treating rowers, dancers, triathletes and runners. Treating headaches, shoulder, hip and ankle injuries are also treatment areas of particular interest to Sheenagh.
