Olivia Chada

Physiotherapist and Pilates Instructor

Olivia has travelled to New Zealand from Northern Ireland to work and live in Auckland. Olivia graduated with an honours degree from Glasgow Caledonian University, Scotland.

Since graduating, she has worked in a variety of settings, including hospital, community and private musculo-skeletal clinics . She has been privileged to work with Donegal Gaelic Football team, Republic of Ireland Underage Football and other semi-professional football teams throughout Ireland. Through her experience she has developed and enhanced her manual therapy and exercise rehabilitation skills. Olivia has a passion for Pilates and has experienced its benefits first hand through her own exercise regime and how it compliments physiotherapy treatment.

Olivia has a special interest in musculo-skeletal physiotherapy and is enthusiastic about treating athletes of all abilities, enabling them to improve performance, build strength and stability and prevent injury. In her spare time she likes to keep fit and loves taking part in Strength and Conditioning classes. She also likes to hike and has a keen interest in travelling.
