Spinalates – Cardio and Pilates in one class!

For those who would like to combine a cardio work with their Pilates sessions, we have designed our special Spinalates Classes, these are designed to include the three aspects of fitness – Strength, Flexibility, and Cardio,  all in into a one-hour class.

This enjoyable and beneficial workout is for everyone, regardless of whether you are from a cycling background or not. If you wish to diversify your road cycling and track training, add to your weight management program, or simply use it for body toning and cardio you should consider including Spinalates into your exercise program for better all-around results.

These classes involve a workout on a spin bike for 30 minutes, followed by 30 minutes on our Reformer™ machines.
