Our Pilates Pregnancy programme has been designed because we at Peak Pilates understand that prenatal and postnatal women have a very specific need when exercising. This class will help to build core strength through the abdomen, back, and pelvic floor/Kegel muscles, the benefits being a more comfortable pregnancy and delivery. New mums, if you want to regain your figure once baby is born then this is the class for you..
You will work one-on-one through a tailored, progressive Pilates programme with a qualified instructor. These sessions can be started at any point during your pregnancy (with GP or midwife clearance first) and can be continued right up until your due date and beyond.
