Amy Richardson

Physiotherapist and Pilates instructor

Amy is a trained Pilates instructor and chartered Physiotherapist, graduating from Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen, with a First Class Honours degree. Alongside this she has completed a diploma in Sports Massage and trained in sports first aid. This lead to her working with Badminton Scotland and providing Physiotherapy at a variety of other sporting events. Amy’s passion for Physiotherapy came from personal experience with dancing and running acquired injuries. This gave her the inspiration to pursue a career where she could help individuals return to doing what they love.

Throughout her training Amy gained experience in a wide variety of settings including musculoskeletal, neurological, vascular, pediatric and an elective choice of women’s health.

In her spare time, she continues her enthusiasm for fitness through the gym, running and fitness classes whilst making up for this with her love for good food.
