Physiotherapy is concerned with human function, movement, and maximising your potential.
At Peak Pilates all our fully qualified and registered physiotherapists are also trained Pilates Instructors. They will work closely with you to design an individually tailored rehabilitation Pilates programme.
Peak Pilates is ACC registered and no referral is necessary.
