Pilates Instructor & Massage Therapy

Tanja’s interest in movement started in her childhood and therefore she discovered all different kinds of sport.
She started her career in Austria as a fitness instructor and massage therapist, while studying sports science and physiotherapy. In her studies she discovered the importance of core stability and came to value of the benefits of Pilates exercises. After finishing her physiotherapy studies, she integrates Pilates based exercises inter her clients’ treatment.
Tanja is trained as a Pilates instructor at Peak and loves sharing her knowledge through teaching classes and individual training.
