We understand that prenatal and postnatal women have a very specific need for exercises that will help to build core strength through the abdomen, back, and pelvic floor/Kegel muscles. The benefits of this are a more comfortable pregnancy and delivery, and helping new mums regain their figures after baby is born.
You will work one-on-one through a tailored, progressive Pilates programme with a qualified instructor. These sessions can be started at any point during your pregnancy (with GP or midwife clearance first) and can be continued right up until your due date and beyond.
