Peak Pilates Workout - Stretch Class

Perfect for those wanting to improve flexibility, posture and relaxation, these stretch classes provide a full body stretch utilising your own body weight for control and positioning. Stretching is important for overall mind and body health with the focus being on breathing and balance. Classes sometimes involve additional apparatus such as the swiss balls, foam rollers, therabands or isotoners (magic circle) to assist during the class. There is a maximum of 8 people per class.
