Semi-Private Pilates Class

Semi-private pilates classes are ideal for those that are happy to share an instructor with one other person. That other person can be a  partner, friend, family member, or colleague, no matter who you chose to partner with our Semi-Private sessions allow you to get more from your Pilates.  During these sessions, your Pilates Instructor will tailor a programme around specific pieces of equipment.  All of our studios have the full Pilates set-up and instructors are trained in all the apparatus.
